Octavio showed up right on time and quickly proceeded with the evaluation. He suggested the source of the problem which made complete sense to me. Next time I need a plumber, Octavio gets a call.

Octavio came to my house on time and quickly root caused the slow drain problem. His fix was fast and it worked well.

Octavio is always on time, works fast and efficiently. Great communication as well. He replaced our old water heater and brought it to the building code - added a drain pan, propane sediment trap, discharge pipe, fixed the strapping. New water heater looks and works great.

Octovio did a great job of communicating the scope of the job and time frame he expected. Setting the expectations helped me to plan my time and he was right on schedule (actually a little ahead) without feeing rushed. He was considerate of my time and my home, wearing booties when he was in my home working. I am very happy with the experience.
